How to set up your Pleasant State Subscription

Afraid of running out of refills? No need to fear, Pleasant State subscriptions are here!

Our refill subscriptions are no B.S. No lock in contracts, and you can change your order or cancel any time. We even send you a reminder 3 days in advance of shipping and you can choose to delay at this time. You are only charged when we ship your order.

I’m ready! How do I set my subscription up?

Go you! Setting up your Pleasant State refill subscription is super easy – just follow these 3 simple steps and you’ll be good to go in no time! 

Step 1: Go to the Shop All section of our website and choose the refill pack which most suits your needs. Our subscription applies to any 6 x Refill Pack and the 9 and 12 Mixed Refill Packs.

Step 2: Click on ‘Subscribe’ and choose the delivery frequency that suits you (choose from 1 month, 2 months or 3 months), then click Add to Cart. If you want to add other refill packs to your subscription just repeat Step 1 and Step 2.


Step 3: At checkout, add discount code ‘PSSUB10’ to receive 10% off your first subscription order – just as a little thank you for giving our subscriptions a go.

And that’s it – you’re now all set up to have Pleasant State refills delivered straight to your door, at a frequency that suits you. 

Now to answer 3 frequently asked questions:

1. What if I want to make changes to my subscription as my needs change? 

This is super easy – when you subscribe, you’ll receive an email with a link to ‘Manage Subscription’. When you click on that link it will take you to a page where you’ll be able to change quantities, your order frequency and your delivery address with a few quick clicks. You can also add additional one off products prior to your order being shipped. 

2. What if I want to skip an upcoming order? 

Again, this is easy – 3 days before we’re due to send out an order to you, you’ll get an email from us. If you still haven’t used up all your Pleasant State refills, simply click on ‘Manage Subscription’ in that email, and then choose ‘Skip This Order’. 

3. Are there any contracts and will it be easy for me to cancel my subscription?

There are definitely no contracts and we totally understand if you want to cancel your subscription. All you have to do is find your Subscription confirmation email click on ‘Manage Subscription’ and then when taken to the website click ‘Cancel Subscription’ – that’s all there is to it. Once you’ve done that, we’ll send you an email to confirm the cancellation.
