Visit our shop and choose the refill packs you never want to run out of. Then select the 'Subscribe + Save' option for each to automatically save 20%!
After you've clicked 'Subscribe + Save', select how often you'd like your refills delivered, then add to cart and proceed to checkout as normal. We'll deliver your first order straight away, and future orders will be delivered at the frequency you've chosen. Too easy!
We'll email you 3 days before delivery so you have plenty of time to make any adjustments. It's super easy to delay delivery, update how often you receive your Pleasant State refills, cancel your subscription, update your details or add one-off extras like bottles, microfibre towels and triggers at any time. Just login to your account and click on 'Manage Subscription'.

You can use your online account to take care of pretty much everything related to your subscription! Simply login here, then click on ‘Manage Subscription’ to make any updates. If you haven’t set up an account yet, you can set one up here.
If you can't login to your account even though you've ordered with us before or have a subscription, you may not have created an account or activated your account yet. To create an online account, use the email address you used for your original subscription order and create an account here. Be sure to use that same email address so your subscription can automatically sync - go technology!! If you're still having issues, jump onto our chat.
All good, simply go to the account page, enter the email address you created your account with in the login box and select ‘Uh oh, forgot your password?’. A reset password link will be emailed to you, simply follow the prompts in the email.
