Not only does Pleasant State DishWash smell fabulous, you only need a small amount and it leaves glasses spotless and shining.
First time using the dishwashing liquid. It is lacking oomph and I find I need to use a lot for it to be effective. I don't consider it value for money and. Now researching other options. Feeling disappointed....love the other products.
Hi Cait,
Thanks for taking the time to give us this feedback. We take all feedback very seriously and pride ourselves on delivering quality products. So thank you for helping us to improve so we can continue to deliver to this standard.
The dish wash has definitely been the most challenging technically for us to achieve a just-add-water solution that has no nasties and performs really well in all conditions.
4-5 pumps is probably about half a squeeze of a traditional bottle of dish wash, vs 8 - 10 is about a full squeeze. So that may have something to do with you feeling like you're using a lot of the product compared to what you're used to.
Having said this, from the feedback we've received so far, we can see that it's performing well for those who tend to do smaller lots of washing or use it directly on cloths/scrubbing brushes or with dish wands. But for those doing larger loads with very greasy dishes, it may not be performing to the expectations some customers have about the level of suds (noting suds are not necessarily an indicator of grease and grime cutting performance and typically require the introduction of sulfates which we have on our nasty list.)
Some people have had this experience and we've found out they have only dissolved one bar instead of the two required bars. But this is not the experience for everyone.
We'll communicate via emails and socials about how to get the best results with our dish wash. And at the same time, we're working with the R&D team to continue to make this product better, especially for those doing larger loads of dishes.
If you ever want to reach out and provide more feedback you can always get in touch with us.
Thanks again for your support and commitment to making your homes and the planet a better place.
