The pump works well but is sometimes tricky if it isn’t in perfect alignment.

Bought a replacement pump because I have 2 hand soaps and one gives an amazing foam and one no longer does but this one seems to be the same as the one that I replaced
The original hand wash pump that came with the bottle stopped foaming after a short time. It just pumped out liquid. I have now received a replacement pump and it is pretty much the same. It is pumping out liquid not foam. I found this an attractive feature of the product when I tried it previous to buying. With my experience, I am unable to recommend the product as pumping out liquid the consistency of water doesn't really work.

We're really sorry to hear that you've been having issues with the pump. While they do occasionally fail, you've been unlucky to receive two that have had issues.

When I turn the pump to open it is very hard and won't go up immediately.
