While the hand wash has a lovely smooth lather, it has a strange smell. Not pleasant at all.

Thanks so much for providing that feedback - it all helps us in the long run. Could you please let us know if you're referring to the Makrut Lime and Coriander or the Pink Grapefruit and Bergamot scent? Also, what sort of scents do you like in general? We are thinking of adding more scent options (using cosmetic-grade essential oils) in the future, and would love some ideas!

Hand wash:
- great fragrance, leaves the skin feeling soft and not dried out, overall impressed with the product and can see myself repurchasing.
Dishwash:
- as many have stated it doesn’t perform to standard for heavily soiled/greasy items. This is perfect for an office kitchen or someone who is only washing up small objects (cups, plates etc) but not if you’re needing something after cooking to cut through grease/oils/heavy soiling.
Looking forward to seeing how this product can be improved in the future.

Thanks so much for your feedback. We take customer feedback seriously, so comments like this help us improve in the long run. While most seem to love the new dish wash product, we have heard loud and clear that there is also room for improvement. We're already working with our R&D team to see what we can do to make it more effective in all dishwashing scenarios.

Both products smell divine, and don’t irritate the skin. But while the hand wash is very effective at getting dirty hands clean, unfortunately the dish wash doesn’t live up to the same standard. It doesn’t appear to have any sudsy quality!
I love the bottles they are gorgeous, however the dishwashing liquid is not sudsy enough even with agitating the water. I find I need to use quite a lot of product to achieve the suds result I'm used to. At $59.80 for six when you need to use two in the bottle it becomes a very pricey bottle of detergent. With the handwash again the bottles are gorgeous but I'm not finding the washing solution very effective. Maybe it is because I don't normally use a foaming wash, however I probably wouldn't purchase either the dishwashing or hand wash refills again. I'll stick with your fabulous multi purpose, glass cleaner and bathroom cleaners

Thanks for taking the time to give us this feedback. We take all feedback very seriously and pride ourselves on delivering quality products. So thank you for helping us to improve so we can continue to deliver to this standard.
The dish wash has definitely been the most challenging technically for us to achieve a just-add-water solution that has no nasties and performs really well in all conditions.
From the feedback we've received so far, we can see that it's performing well for those who tend to do smaller lots of washing or use it directly on cloths/scrubbing brushes or with dish wands. But for those doing larger loads with very greasy dishes, it may not be performing to the necessary standards.
We'll communicate via emails and socials about how to get the best results with our dish wash. And at the same time, we'll be working with the R&D team to continue to make this product better, especially for those doing larger loads of dishes.
As for the two bars - when you buy a refill with us, each refill will come with two bars. So a pack of six at $59.80 will contain twelve bars, for example.
